I believe there is a form of exercise for everyone, I personally train in martial arts and I like to run and train outside. Some people enjoy the gym, others feel claustrophobic or find it to posy; some love classes, others train alone.
There are too many options to list for exercise the key is finding one you enjoy and at the correct intensity for you. I have friends who enjoy playing football and rugby, others like to go walking or hiking up hills and mountains.
We are really lucky in Coventry to have so many options for activity available to us. There are a number of health clubs (I’ve worked and trained in many), lots of open playing fields, we’re surrounded by countryside and have miles of well kept canal towpaths (my favourite for running).
I run fitness and fat loss bootcamps in Bedworth, Coventry and Kenilworth. We use a variety of different exercises from press ups and lunges, to sprints and bear crawls. We use lots of bits of kit from medicine balls and kettlebells, to powerbags and suspension training systems.
